The Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, under the leadership of Cardinal Castrillon-Hoyos, now have a website http://www.ecclesiadei-pontcommissio.org.
The site is not yet a 100% complete and is in Italian. Versions in English and other languages will hopefully be made available soon.
