An extraordinary man with an extraordinary mission

Mr. Manuel Navoa , leader of Mission Apostolate Workers, was a former death convict but was vindicated 7 years later in 1986 when the Supreme Court judged him to be not guilty of the crime he was convicted of. After becoming a free man once again, he devoted himself to serve those who are in prison. He visit prisons, jails, penal colonies, and military camps, averaging one site a week as a living witness of God's love and mercy especially to those who are imprisoned.
